Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bozhou City, Anhui Province, China.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration or litigation as specified in the service agreement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
